Description
One of the steel cables that supported the swinging bridge at Jay Cooke State Park near Cloquet, Minnesota, connects into the support brace cemented into the south shore of the St Louis River. This image was taken a few months before the historic flooding washed out the swinging bridge, along with roads, trails and other areas of the park, in June 2012.
